General For purposes of this Service Agreement, the term “client” will refer to the individual requesting classic car service from Dallas Dream Cars, this is the person who is indicated as the “Reservee” on page 1 of this agreement. The term “event date” will refer to the “date requested” in Part 1, on page 1. The general terms of the agreement are indicated on page 1. This includes requested vehicle, requested pick-up date, time and location, as well as hours requested, and special instructions. Please note that requested hours should include the travel time from Dallas Dream Cars home location to point of pick-up as well as travel time back from drop-off point to Dallas Dream Cars home location.

Charges A $100 reservation deposit is required to hold a reservation date for your event. This is a non- refundable deposit except as indicated in the “Failure in Service” section below. 1 week prior to your event date the full amount quoted for your event will be charged (or must be paid if by check). Limo Service rates are hourly with a 2 hour minimum. Travel time, to and back from the event location, is also charged at the hourly rate.

Cancellation Policy If a reservation is cancelled more than 1 week prior to the scheduled event date the $100 deposit will be forfeited by the client to Dallas Dream Cars. If a reservation is cancelled less that 1 week from the event date, the entire amount charged to the client will be forfeited to Dallas Dream Cars.

Failure in Service In the event that the service agreement terms are not met by Dallas Dream Cars, the client will be entitled to a partial or full refund of the service charges. In the event of a mechanical failure resulting in failure to arrive at the event location, or in the case of severe weather which would result in damage to the vehicle, for instance a hail or ice storm, The client will be contacted by Dallas Dream Cars and informed of the situation and refunded the full amount of all charges.

Indemnity Dallas Dream Cars will not be held liable for any costs or damages beyond refunding all charges made to the client. You agree to indemnify us, defend us and hold us harmless from all claims, liability, costs and attorney fees we incur resulting from, or arising out of this service agreement.

Damage to Vehicle from Client Client is responsible for any damage to the vehicle which occurs due to any action taken by the client or any member or participant of the clients event during the service contract period. In the event of total loss of the vehicle, where the client is at fault, client is responsible for the latest appraised value of the vehicle or NADA high retail book value whichever is greater. Client is also liable for “Loss of Use” in the event of significant vehicle damage. “Loss of Use" means the amount calculated by multiplying the daily rental rate by the number of days from the date of damage to the vehicle, until the date it is repaired or replaced. No smoking, food or beverages are allowed in the vehicle. No materials may be taped or attached to the vehicle without prior approval.
